This week, November 18th - 22nd, College Awareness Week takes place in St Joseph’s.
College Awareness Week has always been a very successful, beneficial and fun week in our school. It is a fantastic opportunity to begin the conversation with our students about the importance of having a post secondary school plan, and to discuss the possibility of going on to college or further education, completing an apprenticeship or entering the world or work.
We have a huge variety of activities taking place during this week. We have guest speakers and past pupils hosting talks and webinars with our students and there are specific planned lessons and activities taking place in all junior cycle and TY classes.
