St Joseph's Secondary School have received a TESS ( Tusla Education Support Service ) award ,a virtual badge we received for our work on promoting positive attendance .
We are proud to be school attendance champions.
We rewarded our attendance heros on Tuesday 19th of December.
Any student who attended school everyday in September, October and November of this term was rewarded with a trip.
Our 1st-3rd years went to the cinema to see Wonka and then had some free time in the Pavilions shopping for some Christmas shopping!
Our seniors went bowling and then had some free time for Christmas shopping in Blanchardstown shopping centre.
Before we left for the day we had a reception in the hall with cookies and hot chocolates for the students where the principal and deputy principals met with the students and the principal gave a lovely speech congratulating them on their great attendance.
